10 Minute Finisher

Are you up for a challenge after your next workout?

There’s nothing like a finisher at the end of a workout. It’s where you go 100% for a set period of time to empty out the fuel tank and see how many rounds you can get.

For this finisher, all you need is 10 mins, your bodyweight and some killer music to push you through.

Here’s how it goes…

10 min AMRAP of:

1A) 5 x pull-ups

1B) 5 x dips

1C) 10 x burpees

I managed to squeeze out 4 x full rounds, + 5 pull-ups at the end. I was SPENT and blowing hard after just 2 minutes.

For me, the dips were fine. I struggled with the pull-ups and need to get stronger at those for next time. Burpees felt OK, but I know I can improve the speed and have less REST with those bad boys.

As with anything in life, it’s always about constant improvement. Next time will be 5 rounds for sure!

Feel free to modify any movements if you need. You could try bench dips + inverted rows insteat, or you could just do bodyweight for now. Either way, I want YOU to try it!
