Chicken With Lemon & Thyme

End of the week, feeling tired? Here is a super simple chicken dish for you to whip up in next to no time.
What you need
  1. 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice (approx. 1-2 fresh lemons)
  3. 1 tsp thyme
  4. 1 tsp garlic
  5. 1/2 tsp oregano
What to do
  1. Pour the lemon juice into a medium to large sized pan over medium heat (it should be enough juice to cover the bottom of the pan – if not add a little bit more)
  2. Add the chicken to the pan
  3. Sprinkle the herbs and garlic over the chicken
  4. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes and flip, continue cooking until chicken cooked through (another 3-5 minutes)

Serve with a big salad or steamed vegetables.
