Do I Really Need A New Gym Program?


I hear it time and time again – a gym goer has hit a wall and feels the answer to her problems is a new program.

Sure. Sometimes, a coach does need to change a program.

But it’s not as often as you think.

  • Change only when diet compliance is 90% or above
  • A new program doesn’t fix poor compliance or lack or training motivation
