About this Lesson

Continue lifting your standards and again aim for one more rep, or 5% more weight, in this weeks strength sessions.

It is all about small improvements, repeated every week. This creates a compound effect, similar to compound interest in the bank, that results in large improvements over time.

Today will be a lower body session. Nothing makes you sweat and lifts your metabolism like training legs 🙂
