About Today's Workout
Today's workout is your hight-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
They key is to work at YOUR intensity -- if you're starting from scratch, take it easy. If you've been going for a little while now, feel free to push yourself.
Either way, be prepared to sweat and for a great cardio workout!
I want you to aim for a new level of intensity with todays workout. Push that little bit harder on the sprint intervals, and focus on lifting by 1-5%.
