Do NOT do this every weekend

Whatever you do… Don’t do what most people do each weekend… They stop exercising on Thursday night, and have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

I know, I know… I can hear you saying:

“But I DESERVE a day off!”

Whilst it is true that your body needs rest – and you should always listen to your body if it is over-tired – if you take the 3 days off each week it can total 15 days in a month. Choose one day per week (Sundays generally work well) that you’re allowed to be lazy… I give you my permission to book an appointment with the couch, and relax.

Other than that, work your butt off and do not get lazy for half of the week.
